Are You New To Chiropractic?

Chiropractic is a healthcare profession that focuses on the health of your muscles, joints, and spine. Chiropractors are trained to assess your body thoroughly, taking a full medical history and performing a physical examination to understand what’s causing your pain or discomfort. If needed, they can also refer you to other healthcare professionals.

Treatment is tailored to you and may include soft tissue work, dry needling, cupping, taping, mobilisation, and gentle spinal adjustments. Chiropractors can help with a wide range of problems, from neck or back pain and joint issues to headaches and sports injuries.

All chiropractors are registered health professionals under the General Chiropractic Council (GCC), meaning your care is safe, professional, and evidence-based.

Our Approach

At our clinic, every treatment is individualised to meet your specific needs. Chiropractic care is about more than just adjustments, we combine hands on techniques, soft tissue work, dry needling, mobilisation, and rehabilitation to achieve lasting results.

We focus on long term health, helping you not only feel better but also move better, prevent future problems, and understand how to care for your body.

Education and prevention are a core part of every consultation, empowering you to take control of your musculoskeletal health.

Is Chiropractic Right For You?

Chiropractic care may be right for you if you:

  • Are experiencing pain or restricted movement
  • Have tried other treatments with limited results
  • Want a hands on, personalised approach to recovery and long term wellness

We provide safe, evidence based care tailored to your body and your goals, helping you feel confident in the treatment you receive. If we feel chiropractic isn’t suitable for your condition, we will guide you to the right healthcare professional to ensure you get the care you need.
